WorkoutMate ("WorkoutMate," "we," "us," or "our") provides a privacy-first AI personal trainer that runs real-time form analysis on your device across https://workoutmate.top and our related apps and services (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Service.

Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, authentication provider details (e.g., Google login), profile photo, and account settings.
- Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We receive payment status, subscription plan, and limited billing metadata; we do not store full card numbers.
- Workout and progress data you choose to save: workouts you log, scores, goals, achievements, progress photos, and social connections. Video used for form analysis is processed on-device and is not uploaded to our servers by default.
- Device and usage data: basic technical data such as browser/device type, IP address, and cookies/local storage needed for authentication, preferences, and session management.
- Communications: messages, feedback, or support requests you send to us.

How We Use Information
- Deliver and maintain the Service, including form analysis, workout tracking, social features, and personalization.
- Process payments, manage subscriptions, and send transactional emails (receipts, account notices).
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- Improve reliability and safety, including troubleshooting, aggregate analytics, and abuse prevention.

On-Device Processing
Form analysis runs locally on your device. WorkoutMate does not receive your workout video unless you explicitly share it with us for support.

- Service providers: payment processing (Stripe), authentication (Google or email), email delivery, hosting, customer support, and analytics tools used to operate the Service.
- Other users: content you intentionally share (for example, challenges, achievements, or social interactions) may be visible to others.
- Legal and safety: when required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights, security, or safety.
We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention and Choices
We keep information while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can:
- Access, update, or delete your account information by contacting bartzalewskidev@gmail.com.
- Cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through the billing portal link provided in-app or by contacting support.
- Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe links.
- Manage cookies via your browser settings.

We use reasonable safeguards such as encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; please protect your account credentials and devices.

Children's Privacy
WorkoutMate is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will delete it.

Information may be processed on servers located in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to these transfers subject to appropriate protections.
